Alabama’s Wildflower Trail is located at Monte Sano Nature Preserve in Huntsville and is managed by the Land Trust of North Alabama.

This 0.7-mile, out-and-back trail, which has an easy rating, is one of the Yellowhammer State’s most beautiful hiking trails, especially during springtime.

Located at the base of Monte Sano Mountain, the Wildflower Trail follows Fagen Spring. Over the years, Fagen Spring has become a popular spot for locals, especially children and dogs, to splash about on a hot day. You’ll most certainly want to bring them along for your hiking adventure.
