Except for the Navity Grotto, the only natural grotto on the grounds and pictured below, all of the grottos were handbuilt from tiff rock from the nearby town of Potosi.

Even more amazing, each of the grottos was handbuilt by Brother Bronislaus. He never used power tools in the 23 years it took to make them.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Grotto is particularly meaningful as it is the site of Brother Bronislaus’ death. He passed from heat stroke during the summer of 1960.
