So, how exactly does a “build-your-own-seafood-boil” work? Well, first you choose your seafood, which may be hard since the menu has everything from shrimp and crawfish to lobster, crabs, and mussels.

Next, you pick a sauce. The choices include: lemon pepper, garlic butter, Rajin Cajun (cayenne and habanera peppers), and Lulu Sauce (Asian chilies, radish, garlic, and sriracha).

The final step is to choose a spice level. You can also add sides, like potatoes, corn, and sausage, to your meal.

After you make your selections, everything is put into a plastic bag and boiled and steamed. The end result is flavorful seafood that’s sure to satisfy!
