Are you looking for a moderate hiking trail suitable for the whole family? Coyote Park, Long Canyon in Simi Valley is a 4.4-mile loop that will take you over the rolling hills, with a view of the neighborhood. In the springtime, you can stop and see the wildflowers along the trail.
If you’re in the Simi Valley area, this hike is a great way to get outdoors and get some exercise. The hike starts at Coyote Park and leads up to West Canyon Trail.

Part of the trail is on a dirt path, with a few steep areas. As you get closer to the neighborhood, 1.5 miles of the trail is on a sidewalk next to the street.
