Welcome to Turner’s Farm Kitchen, a restaurant in a little town named Burden, just northeast of Winfield.

This restaurant was opened in the space previously occupied by a restaurant named The Franklin Cafe, but with a little renovation, the whole place feels like a new piece of history. A good mix of both is what we love to see in these old main street buildings.

Farm-to-table is an easy way to operate here in Kansas, as long as you know what you’re making. Meat, vegetables, and more can all be locally sourced or at least fresh off of the farm and served to you in the perfect forms. Delicious!

Turner’s is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to midnight on Saturdays, and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
