Opening a restaurant and bar in the midst of a global pandemic is certainly brave, but due to the timing of the planned opening date of Pangea, that’s exactly what Kyle Riggs and the rest of the team had to do. Pangea Bar & Restaurant opened in May of 2020, immediately getting creative to serve the people of Missoula delicious food during quarantine. The eatery is fully open now, and it’s already a local hot spot.
