Fallingwater Cascades is positively lovely, and you can admire it from multiple vantage points when you opt for the 1.5-mile loop of the same name. For a beautiful waterfall hike just a stone’s throw from the Blue Ridge Parkway, you can’t do much better than Fallingwater Cascades Trail.

The trailhead can be found at Milepost 83 along the parkway. Though the trail measures just 1.5 miles in length, it can be a bit steep in places, so sturdy hiking shoes and water are a must.
