The cafe was founded by Scott Peterson and his wife Nicole Warner, who have been in the food service industry for decades.

Storm Castle Cafe / Google Following the sale of their family-run restaurant, Peterson’s Spirits & Eatery, the couple ran a catering business for a while before moving their efforts to Bozeman. Scott was born and raised in Bozeman before attending the New England Culinary Institute.

Food is a form of art for Scott, and Nicole is excellent at creating a welcoming ambiance.
