If you head upstairs from the general store and step into the restaurant, you’ll find a clean, neat dining room typical of many restaurants around West Virginia.

But if you opt to dine out on the porch, which extends over the roof of Harper’s Old Country Store, you’ll realize that this is no typical dining experience.

Front Porch Restaurant is open seven days a week during the spring, summer, and fall seasons from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 or 9:00 p.m.
