There really is no competition for Georgia as the best state in the country. We have the beautiful views, the kindest people and the most delicious food. But there are also quite a few things that Georgia statistically beats every other state in. We’re talking cold, hard facts that you can use the next time someone claims their state wins over Georgia. Take a look:
- Steamship Construction

- Labor Climate

- Chinese Food
Flickr Daniel Go OK, maybe not technically ranked number one for Chinese food in the country, BUT there is a Number One Chinese Restaurant (that is indeed the name) in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and that counts for something.
What do you think? That’s a pretty well-rounded list of Georgia’s accomplishments. I’d say, Georgia is a pretty darn good state. Are there any other things you know this fine state ranks number one in? We’d love for you to let us know!
