What are some of the most unique restaurants in West Virginia? On top of Harper’s Old Country Store in Seneca Rocks is an eatery called Front Porch Restaurant. If you come here, opt to dine out on the porch which will give you incredible views of the Seneca Rocks as you chow down on delicious American fare.
