Ironwood Park Walking Trail In Kansas Features Several Hidden Gems

The Ironwood Park Walking Trail near Overland Park is one of those incredible hiking trails that you do not want to miss. This trail is perfect if you want to connect with nature, enjoy a little fresh air, or bring the entire family along.

The Ironwood Park Walking Trail is a 1.9-mile loop. This trail is rated easy and is relatively flat with only a few minor hills to climb.

The Historic Oxford Schoolhouse is another hidden gem on this path. The schoolhouse is one of the oldest schools in the Sunflower State and was established in 1877. The Historic Oxford Schoolhouse is opened throughout the day for tours and admission is free.
