It’s obvious that Wisconsin is wonderful, but did you know it’s magical, too? It’s true, and if you need proof, a visit to The Garden Door’s Faerie Garden should do the trick. As enchanting as you’d expect, it’s filled with tiny fairies, miniature abodes, and lots of plants and flowers – it is a garden, after all. Take a look:

Opened in 2005, The Garden Door is located on the grounds of the University of Wisconsin Peninsular Agricultural Research Station.

Truly beautiful, it’s brimming with an array of annuals and perennials…but that’s not all.

In addition to bountiful blooms, The Garden Door boasts a double kaleidoscope, koi pond, play area, butterfly garden, bottle trees, and…

Located in the back portion of The Garden Door, The Fairie Garden is filled with vibrant greenery, eye-catching flora, and fairies, of course.

As you peruse The Fairie Garden, you’ll find miniature abodes in all sorts of shapes and sizes, including a lighthouse and RV.

The teeny tiny habitats are placed throughout the garden.

Some are on the ground among the plants and flowers and others in wheelbarrows and other structures – so make sure to keep your eyes peeled.
