You may not have heard of Barn Hill Preserve, though, a smaller operation in Frankford that’s home to all sorts of exotic critters. Barn Hill Preserve of Delaware was founded in 2015, and has been a sanctuary for exotic animals ever since! The Preserve focuses on educational programs, but they have recently added a series of fun animal encounters that anyone is sure to love.

Barn Hill started Kangaroo Yoga in early 2020, in an effort to raise money for Australian wildfire relief. It was so successful, they’ve continued it!

You can join a public session when they are offered, or book a private group class for you and your friends. The five kangaroos that join you love to play along!

In addition to Kangaroo Yoga, Barn Hill recently started a “Sip Wine With Sloths” program. Sample local wines and watch as the comical sloths climb and relax on their favorite climbing ladder.
