These captivating waterfalls are located in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains about 45 minutes outside of Santa Fe.

Nambe Falls consists of two large waterfalls. The higher waterfall is more than 100-feet tall. The lower waterfall is approximately 75-feet tall.

The first trail will take you above the waterfalls and it will provide you with a spectacular view of both waterfalls.

The lower trail will take you to the beach at the base of the lower waterfall. You can spend some time cooling off in the water, have a picnic, and enjoy the rushing of the waterfall at the end of this hike.

Before you venture to Nambe Falls, check ahead of time to ensure the Nambe Pueblo area is open for the season. Also, note that the trails will close at certain times of the day.
