The bakery is located on the west side of Racine, about 90 minutes north of Chicago and 30 minutes south of Milwaukee. Racine is called the “Most Danish City in America.”

If you’ve never had Racine kringle, you need to try it. It’s hand-rolled Danish pastry dough that’s allowed to rest overnight before it’s shaped into an oval, filled, baked, and iced.
