The restaurant has a long history. In 1966, Bill “Smitty” Smith noticed a restaurant for sale across the street from his gas station. His tenderloin shop was born. In 1983, Greg, Bill’s son, and his wife, Cheri took over the family business and moved it six blocks, to the present location.
