The Alamo Vista Trail is a 2.4-mile, out-and-back trail in New Mexico. It walks you through some of the most beautiful areas in the Santa Fe National Forest.

However, despite the short trail, this hike is not for those looking for a leisurely afternoon walk. This trail is steep and considered quite difficult for even experienced hikers. In fact, you can expect to climb approximately 2,000 feet on your journey.
