Tucked inside Huntington Central Park, located at 18000 Goldenwest St., Huntington Beach, CA 92648, you’ll find Adventure Playground. Open during the summer season only, this is one SoCal destination that locals look forward to all year long.

And now that the summer season is upon us, Adventure Playground is in full swing. Now through August 17, you can enjoy this local park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

What exactly is Adventure Playground? It truly is a little bit of everything. Ideal for kids from 5-12, Adventure Playground offers a variety of activities including mudslides, fort building, and rafting on a small pond.

The designated Building Area is equally enchanting. You’ll find that kids enjoy having the chance to use their imagination and play builder for the afternoon in a setting that encourages creativity and hands-on play.

Entry into Adventure Playground is $4 for each child. Adults are free. Yes, you read that correctly — free. This may be the only place in SoCal where the adults don’t pay a dime. How fun is that?!
