Dinosaurs often spark the imagination as we marvel at their massive size and at the idea of a world millions of years ago. While we can see the bones of dinosaurs at a plethora of science and history museums, modern technology has given us the unique opportunity to imagine what life might have been like in the days of the dinosaurs. Want to experience it for yourself? Just plan a visit to Dinoroarus in Missouri this year.

Some mega-sized visitors will be visiting the Saint Louis Zoo through October 31, 2021, and you’ll have the chance to learn more about these massive creatures.

As you explore the special exhibit, you’ll see groups of dinosaurs, some of which are stationary. However, you’ll swear the animatronic dinosaurs are real as they move, roar, and eat leaves from the trees.

Marvel at the brachiosaurus, which stands at a towering 18 feet, while the tyrannosaurus rex measures 12 feet tall. Do you think your camera can fit an entire triceratops into your camera frame?

You’ll also learn about other animals, like crocodiles and turtles, who lived right alongside the dinosaurs. Bring your sense of adventure, because you’re in for a ton of fun and learning.

New visitors – guinea fowl – will arrive to the exhibit during the summer. Considered modern-day dinosaurs, the guinea fowl will hang out around the exhibit. You might even meet a few as they’re strolling around.

Save some time, too, to watch a staged fossil dig, and learn more about fossils.

While the exhibit only runs until October 31 this year, don’t worry if you can’t make it. It’s set to be a seasonal exhibit for the next several years.
