One of our favorites is the Normandale Japanese Garden, a beautiful spot tucked away in Bloomington, Minnesota. Normandale Japanese Garden is a beautiful garden on the grounds of Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. It’s a wonderful place for a springtime stroll!

When you visit, you’ll instantly be drawn in by the lovely water feature. The beautiful pond has three islands covered in lovely foliage.

There’s also a stream where a gentle waterfall trickles. This is a wonderful place to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Japanese-inspired architecture fills the garden. One of the most eye-catching elements is the Bentendo, a six-sided building on one of the pond’s islands. A small arched bridge leads to it.
