Established in 1879, the Georgetown Loop Railroad is as unique as it is downright stunning, as the first-of-its-kind train gains a whopping 600 feet in elevation, plus navigates a narrow canyon via a three-foot narrow gauge railroad line and crosses a record four bridges.

Open from the end of April through the end of October, there is a perfect seat and pricepoint for everyone aboard the Georgetown Loop, thanks to Waldorf and Tahoe Cars, Parlor Cars, and our personal favorite: Coach Class.

During the warmer summer and fall months, the Coach Class roofs are removed from the cars and turned into open-air vessels that make watching the passing landscape even more exciting!
