Sometimes, if we know just where to look, we can find the most amazing restaurants in the most unexpected of places. Like a former textile mill. If you’ve ever been to the town of Weissport, you’ve probably heard of The Hofford Mill, which has transformed into a delightful destination. It’s also the home of The Gorge in Pennsylvania, a charming restaurant that boasts a scrumptious and unique menu.

Hoffman Mill has had quite a few identities during its lifespan, starting as a lumber mill in 1896 before spending time as a general store, a furniture repair shop, and a textile mill.
