If you’re looking for a cool hike on a hot day, the Liberty Falls Trail in Alaska is the place you’ll want to be! This stunning spot is located right outside of Chitina, Alaska. This is one place on the Edgardton Highway that you’ll have to pull over and explore.
There’s a great hike in the Liberty Falls State Recreation Site that you have to visit.

The hike itself isn’t too difficult.

The elevation gain is only 538 feet, but it’s all at the beginning so it feels steeper than it is.
