Nothing is quite as magical as true Christmas Spirit, and it comes alive in Burlington, Vermont on the Polar Express. This train ride brings pajama-clad guests on a train to the North Pole with a special appearance from Santa himself! This activity is a fundraiser for the Vermont Children’s Trust Foundation and it is the perfect time of year to support this wonderful organization. All aboard the Polar Express!

The adventure begins in the Wing Building lobby at the bottom of King Street just South of Union Station.

Each child is asked to donate a new or gently used children’s book to Santa’s sack. The Fletcher Free Library will be distributing the picture books in time for the holidays through the Library’s Books for Children Gift Campaign.
