The Manchester Riverwalk is a hidden path through the wooded glen beside the West Branch of the Battenkill River in downtown Manchester. It is a work in progress that continues to grow with each passing year.

The public path showcases the beauty of the river and allows you to enjoy a slice of nature without having to head out of town.

Access the pathway from either Factory Point Town Green or another entrance near Friends Of The Sun.

Future plans for the river walk include a tall bridge that will connect paths on both sides of the river and grant a stunning overlook of the falls.

There will also be smaller bridges lower to the water to connect the existing paths on each side of the river.

Although there will be upcoming improvements, you can still take advantage of this natural escape. Enjoy the sounds and sights of the rushing water along the town trail.
