Gather round, ye revelers! It’s time for the annual New York Renaissance Faire. Is there anything more delightful than a Renaissance festival? From the jousts to the turkey legs to the the artisan crafts, this family-friendly event is celebrating its 43rd year in 2021. Last year’s event was canceled due to COVID-19, so hopefully this year will be bigger and better than ever!

The Renaissance Faire is a magical place that will transport you to Elizabethan England (though we’d like to think New York is a bit cleaner).

With a variety of food and drink options, you shouldn’t leave here hungry. Giant turkey legs are the “must-have” faire staple, but you should also get some mead!

The faire stretches across 65 acres and includes 20 stages with more than 125 performances. Jugglers, comedians, Maypole dances, and more abound.

There’s also more than 100 craft vendors! Everything from art, jewelry, clothing, and glass is sold.

Many people come in full costume. If you decide you want to pick up some leather armor of your own, there are vendors that sell it!

This is such a fun experience for people of all ages!
