The moment you enter Carlton Landing you’ll feel like you’re in a small beach town in Florida. The town was designed so that you never had to leave for anything.

The town is a master-planned community that sits on over 2,000 acres overlooking Lake Eufaula. It has many cottage homes that face each other to encourage neighborliness.

The neighborhoods are all walkable and connected by sidewalks and boardwalks. Many community events are held in Carlton Landing. From neighborhood dinners to holiday parties to fun activities, this town knows how to have fun.
