Big Sky Country may not immediately come to mind when you think of exotic foods, but we do have some surprisingly excellent ethnic restaurants in Montana! One of our very favorites is Pho Ly Asian Cuisine. They have been delighting Montanans for years with their delicious and authentic Vietnamese food. It’s not too far from Glacier National Park, so it makes for a great way to end the day after a few hours of exploring one of the most beautiful places in Montana.
It doesn’t look like much: located in a strip mall, the outside is pretty unassuming and bland. But inside these doors is some of the best Asian food in Montana!

The seating area is a little small, but it’s always clean, and you’ll feel welcomed by the employees in the intimate atmosphere.

If you aren’t familiar with pho, it’s the national dish of Vietnam. It’s a soup made of noodles and beef or chicken broth, mixed with herbs and vegetables. It was popularized globally by refugees after the Vietnam War.

They don’t just serve pho here. Pho Ly has an extensive menu of fried Jasmine rice dishes, bun-rice Vermicilli noodle salad bowls, and of course, egg rolls (dip them in the sauce, it’s excellent!).

The portions are huge and the meals are very reasonably priced. You’ll likely have leftovers to bring home for the next day!
