Best Waterparks In Maryland April 15, 2021 Melissa M What amusement parks can I visit in Maryland? What better way to celebrate summer than with a visit to an amusement park? Aside from the obvious choice of super fun Six Flags, Adventure Park USA in Monrovia is worth a visit. From go-karts to bumper boats, from carnival rides to roller coasters, mini-golf, laser tag, and arcade games, this amusement park is a blast and the best part is that it’s open year-round!  Are there any natural lazy rivers in Maryland? On a sticky, hot summer day, cooling off and relaxing on a tube floating along a lazy river sounds ideal, doesn’t it? The state of Maryland has several scenic natural spots for floating. Hop on a tube and travel along Antietam Creek on a history tour with a guide, so you can learn, relax, and cool off all at the same time! At Patapsco Valley State Park in Howard County, you will have to bring your own tube to float and the scenery will take your breath away. At Gunpowder State Park, you can either take your own tube or rent one from Monkton Bike Rental, Inc. and explore the peace and quiet of the serene river.  Are there any inflatable waterparks in Maryland? If you’ve never been to an inflatable waterpark in the past, put it on your bucket list and go. Always an exhilarating experience, Splash Island Inflatable Water Park in Western Maryland’s Deep Creek Lake area offers some epic floating structures. Feel like a kid again as you climb, slide, bounce, and eventually splash into the water. They also provide water bikes you can use along the water for some extra fun!
