Since opening in the early ’90s, the museum has grown tremendously. Initially, it was housed in a former church sanctuary. Today, it’s housed in a modern facility with six galleries, a library, and gift shop.

The William Faulkner Literary Garden is also part of the Union County Heritage Museum.
