The restaurant was founded in 1949 and it has been delivering awesome breakfast food for generations. It was originally located by the bridge on Highway 71, between East and West Lake Okoboji. It moved to its present location in 1959.

From the earliest days, this place was packed, with a line out the door. It’s still a busy place - arrive early to get a good table.

Breakfast is served all day, until 2 p.m., including 10 different types of eggs Benedict, as well as biscuits and gravy and French toast sandwiches. But whatever you order, be sure to also get a pancake on the side.
