The second kitchen is what makes this place really special. It’s staffed with a rotating collection of international chefs. But they’re not just any chefs: they’re grandmothers from around the world, and they specialize in sharing local dishes from their home countries.

The “Nonnas of the World” come from all over the globe. Several are from Italy, but there are also representatives from Prague, Brazil, Japan, Argentina, and even Ecuador.

No matter when you visit and what’s on the menu, the dishes are incredible. And it’s no wonder, when you consider that the chefs have hundreds of years of experience between them all!
