For nearly 100 years, Underbrink’s Bakery has been serving from-scratch baked goods to generations of Illinoisans. In 1929, the bakery was opened in Quincy by its namesake, Claude Underbrink. Many of Claude’s original recipes are still being used today.

As you step through the doors of Underbrink’s, you’ll get a taste of the past, both with the classic baked goods and the vintage decor. On display inside the store are antique baking tools, containers, antique ovens, and mixers from the 1930s.
