Hour-long tours are offered with a guide who will teach you all about the agricultural history of the island, organic farming, sustainability, and how the dragon and other tropical fruit are grown.

Also included in the tour is a tasting of freshly picked fruit from the farm. If you’ve never had dragon fruit before, the exterior is bright pink that, when cut open, reveals a white interior speckled with tiny seeds much like a kiwi. The taste is actually similar to that of a kiwi mixed with pear or watermelon.
