Illinois has plenty of antique stores to peruse around the state and even one town that’s known for its antique shops. However, there is one antique store, in particular, that is so gigantic, you will need to set aside an entire day or more to discover all it has to offer. So, head to the village of Volo and spend the day or an entire weekend at Volo Antique Malls.
The ginormous Volo Antique Malls is a family-owned store started by William and Gert Grams. Gert was a stylish lady who loved all things vintage and antique, so naturally the family decided to open an antique store on the same property as their existing auto museum.

The Volo Auto Museum, which first opened in 1960, is a visit-worthy destination on its own. Here you’ll discover a world of classic and vintage cars as well as picture cars from some of your favorite films and TV shows. If you’re coming here for the antiques, you may as well visit the Auto Museum to discover all the treasures on the property!

If you, like Gert, are a lover of all things vintage and antique, you’ll have the opportunity to explore over 300 vendor booths and miles of aisles (seven, to be exact!) at Volo Antique Malls.
