Summers in Eastern Montana are short, often going from snowfall to sunshine and back again in record time. That being said, when summer strikes in this part of the Treasure State, it’s no joke. Eastern Montanans spend a couple of months doing anything they can to beat the heat. For years, the Natural Oasis Pool in Miles City, Montana, has been a popular gathering spot on those scorching summer days. And while this is certainly no five star resort pool, it is a long-standing summertime tradition… and the water is already the perfect temperature for a dip.

The Natural Oasis Pool has been around for decades.

Despite its name, it’s important to note than the Natural Oasis is man-made.

This watering hole is owned and operated by the city, so you will see some great amenities when you visit.

When you come to swim, bring a little cash – your admission fees will help support the care of the pool.

Swimming here will never break the bank. If you live in Miles City and you love to swim, you can even purchase a season pass for you or your entire family.

What do you plan to do this summer, particularly if you’re planning to stay close to home?
