  1. We’ll take in a waterfall to get us started, visit West Greenwich’s Stepstone Falls in a most picturesque setting.

AllTrails/Phillip Simmons Hike in the forest of Acadia, the state’s largest recreational area, and one of the natural wonders in Rhode Island, to reach this treasured spot. Your route will take you through the forest and along the river on a fairly easy shaded walk. You can hike to Stepstone Falls along the 2.7-mile Ben Utter Trail.

  1. After that hike, you’ll be ready for some refreshment, so the next stop along the way is Leyden Farm Vineyard & Winery in West Greenwich.
